Staff Sgt. Matthew Moskal, 49th Security Forces craftsman, is presented the Top III non-commissioned officer award for May from Master Sgt. Timothy Gatten, 54th AMXS first sergeant and Top III president, at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M., June 29, 2017. During the month of May, Moskal administered 14 duty position evaluations and assisted the unit training section by certifying 16 airman on radio detecting and ranging and 10 airman on taser. Moskal earned superior academic achievement while being a student at the interservice non-lethal individual weapons instructor course (INIWIC), Marine Corps detachment, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Moskal was awarded the Honor Graduate at the end of INIWIC and received the Marine Corps Certificate of Commendation.
