The motor vessel Argent Cosmos, a 557-foot Panamanian-flagged tanker sits aground in the Columbia River near Skamokawa, Wash., July 6, 2017.

The Coast Guard and its state and local partners are responding to the incident, but their has been no report of pollution, flooding or injuries.
