The Borchardt brothers, U.S. Army Sgt. Joel Borchardt (right) and U.S. Army Pfc. James Borchardt, pose for a photo Dec. 24. This is the first time in 11 months the brothers have seen one another, despite both serving in Afghanistan. Joel, a liaison for Task Force Rakkasan to TF White Eagle stationed at Forward Operating Base Ghazni, visited Andar District, where Pfc. Borchardt was serving.
