U.S. 5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (March 10, 2017) Graphic Illustration for a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response ad Campaign aboard amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5). The campaign is used to highlight the importance of understanding that just because a person does not say "NO" does not mean that they are giving consent. The ship and its ready group are deployed in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of maritime security operations to reassure allies and partners, and preserve the freedom of navigation and the free flow of commerce in the region.
