Maj. Michael Waugh and Sgt. Julia Junk salute as a wreath is laid for fallen service members during the Fallen Warriors Memorial Ceremony in Boston, Mass., June 18, 2017. During the ceremony, representatives with the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps, as well as Naval forces from around the world, laid five wreaths to honor their fallen comrades. In addition, seven yellow roses were laid at the memorial to pay tribute to the seven sailors who lost their lives aboard the USS Fitzgerald earlier this week. Waugh is a ground support officer assigned to Marine Air Control Group 28, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing.
