U.S. Coast Guard and Auxiliary personnel pose for a group photo at an Incident Command Post at Base Boston, Thursday, June 22, 2017. The Incident Management Team members wore colored vests to help identify each person's job within a system designed to ensure effective management of security and emergency tactical teams for the high-profile visit of 51 tall ships that visited the port. The effort included other federal, state and local agencies who worked throughout Boston and around-the-clock on the water and land from June 15 - 22. The event demanded the coordination of multiple agencies and personnel to keep Sail Boston 2017 safe for thousands of visitors from around the world.
