Commandant of the Marine Corps Gen. James F. Amos, center, salutes a U.S. Navy officer during the commissioning ceremony of the guided-missile destroyer USS Jason Dunham. The warship is named for U.S. Marine Cpl. Jason Dunham, a Medal of Honor recipient. Dunham is the first Marine Medal of Honor recipient from Operation Iraqi Freedom and the first Marine to receive the medal since the Vietnam War.
