18th June 2017 The last British convoy driving through remote villages in southern Bulgaria.
British convoys have begun the epic journey back across three countries after completion of Exercise Noble Jump 2017.
The convoys will travel from Romania, into and across Bulgaria and will finally finish in Greece at the port of ALexandropoulis where they will be loaded onto a RORO (Roll On Roll Off) vessel to be shipped back home.
Designed to test the core elements of NATO’s Readiness Action Plan (RAP), Exercise Noble Jump 2017 put the Very High Readiness Joint Task Force (VJTF) through its paces by rapidly deploying it to an assigned area of operations. Credit WO2 Daniel Harmer RLC (UK)
