Soldiers at Fort McCoy, Wis., for the Exportable Combat Training Capability Exercise participate in exercise operations June 15, 2017, at the installation. The XCTC Exercise is coordinated by the Illinois National Guard’s 33rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team and Joint Forces Headquarters-Illinois. The exercise takes place for three weeks in June.
