Diana Craun, chief of the Education, Incentives and Employment Division at the National Guard Bureau, signs the partnership aggreement with the Department of Labor outlining the Guard Apprenticeship Program Initiative during a ceremony, Monday, Dec. 13, in Washington, D.C., that kicks off the program as John Ladd, from the Dept. of Labor's Office of Apprenticeship looks on. The initiaive works allows Army National Guard soldiers the opportunity to translate their Army Guard expereince into credit toward a civilian apprentice program.
