MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. – Sgt. Arturo Del Toro, a bulk fuel specialist otherwise known as “fuel dragons” with the Logistics Combat Element for the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, believes in getting the most out of his training to be prepared to be his best in the most grueling and potentially dangerous situations that may arise during the upcoming 17-2 deployment. He’s currently participating in the MEU’s Certification Exercise the last in a series of training exercises, which certifies the MEU capable for deployment in support of fleet and combatant commanders across the full range of military operations.
