A U.S. Army Reserve horizontal construction engineer from the 411th Engineer Company, 416th Theater Engineer Command, operates an excavator to dig out soil that is saturated with water due to recent rainfall in Montrose, Minnesota, 15 June 2017. Despite unforeseen adversity from the weather, Soldiers from the 411th Engineer Company are capable and ready to complete the transformation of this field into the foundation for a sports complex as part of Innovative Readiness Training.
