Scott Spencer, Commander of UK Royal Monmouthshire Royal Engineers (Militia), discuss the progress on the Non-Standard Live-Fire Range at Joint National Training Center. U.S. Reserve and National Guard Soldiers are working with British Royal Engineers, Navy Seabees, and Romanian Engineers as a part of Operation Resolute Castle 2017. Resolute Castle is an exercise strengthening the NATO alliance and enhancing its capacity for joint training and response to threats within the region.
