Brig. Gen. Phillip Jolly, Deputy Commanding General for Mobilization and Reserve Affairs, United States Army Europe, and Lt. Col. Scott Spencer, Commander of UK Royal Monmouthshire Royal Engineers (Militia), discuss the progress on the Non-Standard Live-Fire Range at Joint National Training Center. U.S. Reserve and National Guard Soldiers are working with British Royal Engineers, Navy Seabees, and Romanian Engineers as a part of Operation Resolute Castle 2017. Resolute Castle is an exercise strengthening the NATO alliance and enhancing its capacity for joint training and response to threats within the region.
