Steelworker 2nd Class Zachary McClellan of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 1 shows Brig. Gen. Phillip S. Jolly the Seabees’ project. Now nearing completion, the Operations and Storage Building will provide support for the Non-Standard Live-Fire Range at the Joint National Training Center, Cincu, Romania. The construction is a part of Operation Resolute Castle 2017. Resolute Castle is an exercise strengthening the NATO alliance and enhancing its capacity for joint training and response to threats within the region.
