Company Sergeant Major John Ohara, U.K. Royal Monmouthshire Royal Engineers-Militia, welcomes Brig. Gen. Phillip S. Jolly to his worksite at the Joint National Training Center, Cincu, Romania. The Royal Engineers are in charge of building infrastructure for a sniper range as part of Operation Resolute Castle 2017. Resolute Castle is an exercise strengthening the NATO alliance and enhancing its capacity for joint training and response to threats within the region.
