U.S. Army Soldiers from the 822nd Transportation Detachment (TD) out of Brockton, Mass., provide 360 degree security for an improvised explosive device (IED) training on Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif. on June 15, 2017. The IED training is part of the 91st Training Division’s Warrior Exercise (WAREX) 91-17-03, a collective training platform that prepares soldiers for combat by immersing them in realistic combat scenarios; here, the 822nd TD can be completely prepared in the event of a real IED attack.
