U.S. Army Soldiers from the 491st Military Police Company out of Riverside, Calif., question civilian role players acting as villagers, during a training exercise as part of the 91st Training Division Warrior Exercise (WAREX) 91-17-03 on Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif. on June 15, 2017. After determining that the villagers were not a threat, they proceed to ask them questions and assess any injuries that they have, so they can bring in medical aid, and build relationships with the local population. Practicing situations like this will help the soldiers be prepared for dealing with any local villagers overseas. (U.S. Army photo by Spc.
