A federal indictment charged 23 alleged members of the Vagos Outlaw Motorcycle Gang in a conspiracy involving racketeering, murder, robbery, kidnapping and aggravated assault. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) investigated this case as part of a multi-agency task force. HSI special agents along with local law enforcement officials arrested 19 of the 23 defendants in early-morning operations in Hawaii, California and Nevada.
