Staff Sgt. Jonathan Kline, a horizontal construction supervisor with the 317th Engineer Company and project noncommissioned officer in charge, watches Pfc. Daniel Valdavenos operate a T-9/D7R medium dozer. Valdavenos is receiving "stick time" in order to re-familiarize himself with the equipment as the 317th prepares to take part in Innovative Readiness Training (IRT).
