Two Afghan National Police recruits take notes during a literacy class. Afghan police recruits currently undergoing basic training are not only building fundamental tactical skills, but they're also improving their level of education. Students enrolled in ANP class 11-1 are continuing their education in classes designed to bring the recruits up to a basic literacy level at the Joint Security Academy Southwest, Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan.
