Spc. Anthony Herrera, a U.S. Army Soldier assigned to the 67th Expeditionary Signal Battalion, 35th Signal Brigade, completes the sprint test during day two of the three-day qualification for the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge May 28, 2017, near Amman, Jordan. In addition to the sprint test, day two also included a flexed arm hang, a 1,000-meter run and pistol qualification. Herrera was one of more than 50 U.S. Army Soldiers, U.S. Air Force Airmen and Canadian Armed Forces soldiers who earned the GAFPB, a decoration of the German Armed Forces which is authorized for wear by the U.S. military.
