Cmdr. Michael V. Misiewicz, commanding officer of the guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin, is escorted by Cambodian navy Rear Adm. Ouk Seiha, commander of Ream Naval Base, as Cambodian sailors render honors. This is Misiewicz's first visit to his native country since he immigrated to the U.S. in 1973.
