An Israeli loads fire retardant delivered to support the response to wildfires near Haifa, Israel, onto a flatbed truck Dec. 4. U.S. Air Forces in Europe was the lead component to airlift 20 tons of fire retardant to Israel for U.S. European Command's support effort. EUCOM routinely provides foreign humanitarian assistance in response to crises in the region in the same manner as other regional partners.
