A U.S. Soldier of 588th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team provides security while conducting defensive operations during Exercise Combined Resolve VIII at the Hohenfels Training Area, Hohenfels, Germany, June 8, 2017. Exercise Combined Resolve VIII is a multinational exercise designed to train the Army’s Regionally Allocated Forces to the U.S. European Command. Combined Resolve VIII will include more than 3,400 participants from 10 nations.
