Soldiers at Fort McCoy for training in the Exportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) Exercise drive military vehicles in a convoy June 2, 2017, at Fort McCoy, Wis. This XCTC Exercise is coordinated by the Illinois National Guard's 33rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team and Joint Forces Headquarters-Illinois. The exercise takes place for three weeks in June.
