    A contractor from the National Response Corporation Environmental Services pumps fluids out of a bilge area of a vessel located at a submerged-land site on the Columbia River near Goble, Ore., June 3, 2017.

    More than 45,000 gallons of oil and oily water mixture have been pumped out of seven vessels located at the site during cleanup operations overseen by Coast Guard personnel.
