    The exercise simulated a joint agency response to an unknown oil spill approaching the island, with members from the Corps, Coast Guard 13th District, the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe, Navy Region Northwest, the Washington Department of Ecology and the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission in attendence.
