    41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team

    Lt. Col. Ginger Wietholder (right), Commander of 141 Brigade Support Battalion, coordinates with Soldiers from her battalion at a Logistics Release Point (LRP), May 6, at the Yakima Training Center in Yakima, Wash. The 141 BSB set up a Brigade Support Area (BSA) and conducted a variety of training events including crew-served weapons proficiency. The BSA is a self-sustaining Area of Operation with specialty Soldiers like medics, cooks, mechanics, etc., and trained Soldiers who can provide the necessary logistics support for Infantry units in a combat environment. Wietholder stated it is necessary training to meet the current demands for combat support operations.
