KABUL, Afghanistan – Maj. Gen. Richard Kaiser, Commanding General, Combined Security Transition Command - Afghanistan (CSTC-A) and His Excellency Tariq Shah Bahrami, Afghanistan acting Minister of Defense made a visit joint to the Central Supply Depot in Kabul, May 17, 2017. During this, Bahrami’s first visit, he observed uniform and medical warehouses while getting a better understanding of the challenges facing his CSD warehouse leaders. Kaiser highlighted ways CSTC-A is assisting the Minister’s mission to equip his force and to increase transparency and accountability.
