Capt. Amanda Van Duynhoven of the 83rd Civil Affairs Battalion addresses civil leaders from the villages of Cincu, Iacobeni, Merghindeal, and other surrounding communes at Joint National Training Center, Cincu, Romania, as a part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, of which Resolute Castle 17 is a part. Atlantic Resolve and Resolute Castle 17 are exercises strengthening the NATO alliance and enhancing its capacity for joint training and response to threats within the region.
