Barry, IL – Spc. Jacob Hetherington from Prescott, Arizona, moves to his right while reloading during the 2017 United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA) Single Stack Nationals May 16-22. Hetherington’s ability to reload and shoot on the move enabled him to win his first national title in a match that limits the number of rounds that can be in the magazine at any given time.
