Tenevo Air field, Bulgaria,
Tenevo airfield, Bulgaria hosted a media event on 31 May 2017, with the participation of the Deputy Chief of Defence of the Republic of Bulgaria, Vice Admiral Eftim Eftimov; MG Ian Cave, Exercise Director, Noble Jump 2017; Brigadier General Ivan Ortomarov – Training and Exercises Directorate BGR MoD, and Commander NFIU BGR Colonel Stayko Prokopiev. The purpose of the event was to inform the media and Bulgarian civil society members about the exercise Noble Jump 17. The event was conducted in two parts – information briefing and press conference.
The information briefings were delivered by LTC Nikolay Naydenov - Training and Exercises Directorate BGR MoD, and LTC Georgious Zisekas (Greece Army) – J3579 NFIU BGR.
During the event the first British convoy arrived. The convoy was welcomed by DCHOD Vice Admiral Eftimov and MG Cave.
