U.S. Navy, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 18 and 40, Seabees pre-fabricate 2 inch by 4 inch studs for the perimeter guard towers at the Russian Silo Combat Outpost, Afghanistan. The COP is the future site of a 10 mega watt power plant intended to provide electricity to the western side of Kandahar, Afghanistan. The Seabees are deployed to Kandahar Air Field, Afghanistan.
