Staff Sgt. Noah Poe with the 771st Support Maintenance Company at Hohenwald, Tenn., and Sgt. Robert Kurka with the 262nd Engine Company of Westbrook, Maine, operate a AT4227 All-Terrain Hydraulic Crane for use during training in the Construction Equipment Repairer Advanced Leader Course on May 10, 2017, at the Regional Training Site (RTS)-Maintenance facility at Fort McCoy, Wis. The course introduces Soldiers in the Army 91L military occupational specialty to subjects such as shop safety; managing operational, maintenance, and historical records and forms for equipment and vehicles; the Army Oil Analysis Program; tool-control procedures; and prescribed load-list operations.
