(Tri-State) looks on as Michelle Carrera, response resources specialist for Tri-State, releases a snapping turtle back into its habitat at Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia Beach, Virginia, June 24, 2017. Animals were recovered by U.S. Department of Agriculture from areas affected by the Wolfsnare Creek fuel spill.
