NEW YORK – Secretary of Homeland Security John Kelly visits with the crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Hamilton while import for Fleet Week in New York City. During the visit, Secretary Kelly spoke to crewmembers and met with Vice Adm. Charles Ray, Deputy Commandant for Operations and Capt.
