Jeff Farah relieved Capt. Drew St. John during the ceremony held at the Naval Operations Support Center Portland. Frank Cable, currently in Portland, Ore. for a scheduled dry-dock maintenance availability, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
