170520-N-AV234-0089 PEARL HARBOR (May 20, 2017) The youngest service members from the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines and Coast Guard lay a wreathe in the water at West Loch to honor the 73rd West Loch Disaster Remembrance Ceremony as a sign of respect and remembrance at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, May 20, 2017. On May 21, 1944, 163 personnel died and 396 were injured in what was the second-largest tragedy of Pearl Harbor during the war. The Army's 8th Theater Sustainment Command hosted the event onboard the Logistics Support Vessel-2, the the Chief Warrant Officer 3 Harold C. Clinger, for leaders from the Air Force, Navy, Marines and Coast Guard.
