BREMERTON, Washington (May 22, 2017) Culinary Specialist 3rd Class James Wells, from Sacramento, California, pins silver bars on the collar of Lt. j.g. Brett Enlow, from Coral Springs, Florida, during a promotion ceremony aboard USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). Enlow is a graduate of the Unites States Naval Academy, where Wells has been selected to attend. John C. Stennis is conducting a planned incremental availability (PIA) at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, during which the ship is undergoing scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
