Soldiers, with the 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) and Area Support Group - Kuwait, lower an American flag during an American flag honoring event for Sgt. Tommy Vandling at the ASG-KU headquarters at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Apr. 28, 2017. Vandling, a native of Pittsburgh, Pa., gave the ultimate sacrifice, his life, at Babil Province, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom on January 1, 2007.
