(May 15, 2017) - A civilian makeup applies moulage makeup to the chest and abdomen of Builder 3rd Class Broughton Blackwell, from Spartanburg, South Carolina, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, for a mass casualty drill during NMCB 4’s Field Training Exercise (FTX). The FTX prepares and tests the battalion’s ability to enter hostile locations, build assigned construction projects and defend against enemy attacks using realistic scenarios while being evaluated by Naval Construction Group 1.
