(May 15, 2017) - A civilian makeup artist applies moulage makeup to the ankle of Mass Communications Specialist 1st Class Rosalie Chang, from San Antonio, Texas, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, for a mass casualty drill during NMCB 4’s Field Training Exercise (FTX). The FTX prepares and tests the battalion’s ability to enter hostile locations, build assigned construction projects and defend against enemy attacks using realistic scenarios while being evaluated by Naval Construction Group 1.
