Col. William L. Depue Jr., second from the right, and Maj. Peter A. Baker, center, run alongside sailors and Marines during the Cpl. Sara Medina and Lance Cpl. Jacob Hug 2nd Annual Memorial Run May 12 aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. On May 12, 2015, Cpl. Sara A. Medina, 23, a combat photographer and Lance Cpl. Jacob A. Hug, 22, a combat videographer assigned to Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations Pacific-Marine Corps Base Camp Butler, Japan, died while providing humanitarian assistance and disaster relief to remote villages in Nepal during operation Sahayogi Haat. Marines, sailors and members of the military community came from all over Okinawa to honor Medina and Hug. Baker is the company commander for Bravo Company, Headquarters and Support Battalion MCIPAC-MCB Camp Butler, Japan. Depue is the Headquarters and Support Battalion commanding officer, and Camp Foster camp commander.
