Lance Cpl. Thomas B. McCarthy gets dunked during the Halloween Fair held at Bangert Elementary School, Oct. 28. The Single Marine Program has adopted Bangert and will be returning to the school to volunteer for a book reading day the end of November. “It was great seeing the kids’ faces as they pushed the button after they missed,” said McCarthy. “It was fun just being around the kids and helping out.”
