    U.S. Marine Corps Master Sgt. Willie James Milline Jr. receives the Kenneth W. Southcomb Aviation Supply Marine of the Year award at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan, April 21, 2017. The Marine Corps Aviation Association awarded Milline for displaying the best work ethic in managing inventory of repairable aeronautical material. “I’m always reaching for the stars,” said Milline. “We tell the Marines, ‘You perform and your leadership will notice’”.
