170512-N-XJ502-007 FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. (May 12, 2017) - Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, prepare a convoy to move out to obtain more equipment to bring back to the Forward Operating Base (FOB) during NMCB 4’s Field Training Exercise (FTX). The FTX prepares and tests the battalion’s ability to enter hostile locations, build assigned construction projects and defend against enemy attacks using realistic scenarios while being evaluated by Naval Construction Group 1.
