Sailors assigned to the Cougars of Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron 139 observe an opposed replenishment at sea with the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Yukon from the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. The opposed replenishment simulates a replenishment at sea in a wartime scenario and Ronald Reagan conducted it as part of a composite training unit exercise in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
