Sgt. 1st Class Joel Vallete, signal section chief of Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, supervises a training bout between two of his students on May 11, 2017 at Mihail Koglanicenau Air Base, Romania.
