170511-N-XJ502-009 FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. (May 11, 2017) - Seabees, assigned to Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit (CBMU) 303, assist the Army with placing down new conduit and placing exposed power lines underground while providing support during NMCB 4’s Field Training Exercise (FTX). The FTX prepares and tests the battalion’s ability to enter hostile locations, build assigned construction projects and defend against enemy attacks using realistic scenarios while being evaluated by Naval Construction Group 1.
