Soldiers and Airmen from the 61st Civil Support Team (CST), Arkansas National Guard, were tested by Observer Controller Trainers (OC/T) from U. S. Army North (Fifth Army) during a Technical Proficiency Evaluation (TPE) at the War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock, Ark. on May 10.
The 61st CST receives training annually from U.S. Army North OC/Ts and conducts a TPE every 18 months.
